| 英文描述 | Gastric neoplasia is characterized by persistent vomiting and weight loss. Tumors include carcinomas, lyphosarcomas, leiomyomas, leiomyosarcomas, plasmocytomas, fibrosarcomas, and hemangiosarcomas. The most common are adenocarcinoma in the dog and lymphosarcoma in the cat. Metastasis is common. Benign adenomatous polyps also occur, but rarely cause signs. Diagnose by contrast radiology to demonstrate filling or emptying defects and/or gastric thickening, endoscopy, ultrasonography, laparotomy, and histopathology. Hematology and biochemistry are of minimal diagnostic value. |
