| 英文描述 | Bile duct obstruction has been associated with cholelithiasis, cholecystitis, cholangitis, pancreatic or bile duct neoplasia, duodenal foreign bodies, and diaphragmatic hernia. Stricture due to chronic pancreatitis has been reported. Parasites and severe duodenitis have also been suggested as causes. In addition to other causes of bile duct obstruction bile duct stricture and sludged bile have been mentioned as causes of icterus in cats. Dx and correction require radiography and surgery. Vitamin K-dependent coagulopathy can develop in rare cases. |
