| 英文描述 | This is an apparently hereditary disorder of mucoploysaccharide metabolism that causes multisystemic signs. The disease may include ocular, neurologic skeletal, and cardivascular abnormalities, often associated with dwarfism. Dx by toluidine blue staining of blood smears, demonstration of skeletal defects and urinary mucopolysaccharide excretion. Siamese cats and Dachshunds might be predisposed. |
