| 英文描述 | Testicular neoplasia is common in aged male dogs. Major tumor types include seminomas, Sertoli cell tumors, and Leydig cell tumors. Mixed tumor types and metastases are also seen. Associated clinical changes include cryptorchidism, prostatic disease, alopecia, feminization, perianal gland neoplasia, perineal hernia, pendulous penile sheath, and gynecomastia. These tumors are rare in cats. Testicular cysts have been described in rare cases. |
