| 英文描述 | Sick sinus syndrome is the name for various types of sinus node dysfunction. Persistent spontaneous sinus bradycardia, sinus arrest or sinoatrial exit block with or without escape beats, a combination of sinoatrial and atrio- ventricular conduction disturbances, paroxysms of rapid regular or irregular atrial tachyarrhythmias alternating with periods of slow atrial and ventricular rates, or a combination of those findings, may be seen. Sino-atrial syncope has been reported in dogs. Most common in middle aged animals, but has affected puppies. Rare in cats. |
