| 英文描述 | Gastric ulcers usually occur in adult animals. Many etiologies are possible, including drugs, stress, systemic mastocytosis, or any agent causing acute or chronic gastritis. Most ulcers are only erosions, but perforation can occur. Severe anemia can cause syncope and heart murmurs. Dx may be made based on clinical signs and contrast radiography, endoscopy, or exploratory laparotomy. |
