| 英文描述 | Polyneuropathy associated in some way with tumors elsewhere in the body has been seen in man and reported in dogs and cats. When presented with an animal with polyneuropathy of unknown cause a search for an underlying neoplasm should be made. In addition, the drugs vincristine or vinblastine used in cancer treatments may cause a toxic polyneuropathy. Dx by rule-out of other causes and by electromyography. |
