| 英文描述 | Intestinal diverticular malformations are uncommon, but when they occur they are frequently accompanied by clinical signs (Ablin et al.), particularly signs of intestinal obstruction or peritonitis. Most diverticula project from the antimesenteric surface of the jejunum, ileum or duodenum, and were 2 to 10 cm in length. Surgical exploration is essential for diagnosis and treatment; physical examination, radiography and laboratory studies do not yield specific diagnostic information (Ablin et al.). |
