| 中文描述 | 犬貓膀胱與輸尿管的憩室因為臍尿管的閉鎖不全所造成；先天性或後天性的憩室也有可能在膀胱的其他部位發生。受感染的動物會傾向經常性的泌尿道感染和尿結石的產生。在對比膀胱造影檢查後隨著對比物質在排尿後的殘留或在剖腹手術取出尿結石後，貓體內的憩室可能會自發性的消失，但會伴隨著泌尿上的失調，像是尿道的感染或是膀胱炎。 |

| 英文描述 | Vesicourachal diverticula result from failure of complete atrophy of the urachus; congenital and acquired diverticula of other areas of the bladder also occur. Predispose affected animals to recurrent urinary tract infection. Might also predispose animals to develop uroliths. Dx by contrast cystography, with retention of contrast material in the diverticulum after micturition, or at laparotomy for removal of uroliths. Diverticula in cats may spontaneously regress following medical therapy for an accompanying urologic disorder, such as urinary tract infection or urocystoliths. |
