| 英文描述 | Inherited thrombopathias have been seen in cats, and several breeds of dog. Often caused by deficiency in platelet storage granules, and there are mild to moderate clinical signs, similar to those in Von Willebrand's disease. There may be long bleeding times, abnormal platelet retention, aggregation and release with a variety of inducers, but normal clot retraction. |
