| 英文描述 | Aneurysmal bone cyst is a solitary lesion of bone characterized by bulging of the overlying cortex and pain. Radiology may demonstrate an expansile, eccentric, osteolytic lesion with strands of bone in the shell. Periosteal reaction is often noted. May occur in any bone; frequently located near (but rarely invade) joints of long bones. Can be associated with other lesions such as tumors or pathologic fractures. Dx by signs, radiology. |
