| 英文描述 | Animals sensitive to allergenic material in flea saliva respond to flea bites with a papulocrustous pruritic dermatitis primarily in the lumbosacral region that may also involve the thighs, flanks, and ventral abdomen. This is probably the most common skin disease of dogs. Seasonal in areas with cold winters. Severity tends to increase with each episode. Dx by history, physical exam, and response to therapy. |
