| 英文描述 | Tumors of the ureter are extremely rare. In dogs there have been reports of ureteral fibropapilloma, leiomyoma, leiomyosarcoma, and transitional cell carcinoma. In some cases the tumor can spread to the distal bladder. Ureteral fibroepithelial polyps have occurred in dogs. Dx by excretory urography, which shows a ureteral mass and possibly ureteral obstruction. Secondary hydronephrosis and hydroureter can develop. |
