| 英文描述 | Osteoarthritis is a chronic noninflammatory disorder of movable joints characterized by articular cartilage degeneration, thickening of the subchondral bone, periarticular osteophytes, bony formation (spurring) within soft tissue attachments of ligaments, tendons, or joint capsules, bony remodeling, synovial proliferation, and capsular thickening. Lameness, gait abnormalities, or reluctance to perform certain tasks can be early signs. Lameness in the early stages usually disappears after rest, but later in the course of the disease is more pronounced after rest. Swelling and joint effusion may occur. |
