| 英文描述 | Lipemia retinalis is an ocular manifestation of hyperlipoproteinemia. In man, it has been associated with diabetes mellitus, Cushing's syndrome, and pancreatitis. In dogs, it has been associated with pancreatitis, but may have no evident underlying disease process. Dx by signs, hematology, paracentesis of anterior chamber, analysis of blood and anterior chamber lipids. Characteristic lesion is a blanching or pink coloration of retinal vessels. |
