| 英文描述 | Polyps are protruding growths from a mucous membrane, and nasopharyngeal polyps may be found at the back of the nasal cavity in cats. This is not a true neoplasm, and most cases are in cats under 6 years old. Signs of gradual occlusion of the nasopharynx are progressive, and nasal and ocular discharges are sometimes absent. Dx by oropharyngeal examination under anesthesia, radiography, and biopsy. Rare in dogs. |
