| 英文描述 | Large bowel diarrhea is characterized by increased frequency of small amounts of stool, with mucus, blood, and straining usually present. There are many possible causes, but in many cases no apparent cause can be determined, a condition known as idiopathic large bowel diarrhea. It is not clear if this syndrome is related to irritable bowel disease or C. PERFRINGENS enterotoxicosis. Dx by ruling out other causes of diarrhea. |
