| 英文描述 | Dogs have developed multiple firm nodular masses in subcutaneous tissues, eyelids, conjunctivae, and nasal cavities. Histological examination of the tissues showed granulomatous inflammation of unknown cause. A dog with neck pain and reluctance to exercise had signs of polyostotic bone disease on radiography of numerous bones of the axial and appendicular skeleton. Biopsy revealed sterile pyogranulomatous osteomyelitis, and a diagnosis of multifocal idiopathic pyogranulomatous bone disease was made. |
