| 英文描述 | Renal tubular reabsorptive defect resulting in glucosuria occurs as one component of the Fanconi Syndrome, but also occurs as a specific single transport abnormality. Characterized by urinary excretion of glucose in the presence of normal plasma glucose concentration and absence of diabetes mellitus. Occurs sporadically in many breeds, but may be inherited in the Norwegian Elkhound. |
