| 中文描述 | 犬隻不明病因的雄性雌性化症候群常發生在中年未交配的公犬。兩側對稱脫毛，二次性的皮脂溢，以及色素沉著過度，可見於會陰部及生殖器的區域，範圍可以擴大，雄性胸部異常增大，但是睪丸仍正常，會吸引公犬，減少性慾，精子無法生成，可由病史理學檢查，排除其他病因，及對治療的反應診斷之。內分泌指數無法診斷之。 |
| 英文描述 | This is a rare idiopathic disease of intact middle aged male dogs. Bilaterally symmetric alopecia, secondary seborrhea and hyperpigmentation may begin in the perineal or genital regions and become extensive. Gynecomastia is present but testicles are normal. Attraction of male dogs, decreased libido and aspermatogenesis may be seen. Dx by history, physical, rule-out of other causes and response to therapy. Endocrine values are not diagnostic. |
