| 中文描述 | 前列腺囊腫和體積很大而且會增生的良性小囊泡無關,但兩者卻常常同時出現.臨床症狀通常認為是去拍打在膀胱及直腸裡的大囊腫.當囊腫受到感染或是引起前列腺炎的時候,血尿,膿尿,或是小便疼痛的現象就會發生.診斷可以經由放射線,放液穿刺術,及剖腹手術.根本的原因目前還是未知的,但是若是在腹部內部的囊腫破裂則會造成腹膜炎及休克. |

| 英文描述 | Prostatic cysts that develop independently of the small cysts associated with benign hyperplasia are characterized by their large size, but may be seen concurrent with benign hyperplasia. Clinical signs are often referable to the impinging of the large cyst on the bladder or rectum. Hematuria, stranguria, or pyuria result if cysts become infected or are accompanied by prostatitis. Dx by radiology, paracentesis, laparotomy. Etiology is unknown. Intraabdominal rupture of cyst may create syndrome of acute peritonitis and shock. |
