| 英文描述 | A series of middle-aged to older dogs developed hyphema in which the cause could not be attributed to ocular or systemic disease. This spontaneous hyphema of geriatric dogs appeared to be associated with retinal disease, and retinal detachments were identified in most affected eyes examined using ultrasonography or histology. Hyphema was usually, but not always, unilateral. The prognosis was grave, and most affected dogs developed secondary glaucoma; all dogs lost their vision in affected eyes. Diagnosis is by ruling out other causes of hyphema. |
