| 英文描述 | A hereditary form of laryngeal paralysis transmitted as an autosomal dominant was reported in Bouvier des Flandres dogs. A presumed hereditary form has been seen in Siberian Husky and Husky crossbreds and young Bull Terriers. This syndrome has been seen as the presenting sign in Rottweilers with neuroaxonal dystrophy. Signs begin at a young age and can be unilateral or bilateral. Acquired laryngeal paralysis has been reported, primarily in middle-aged and older large and giant breeds but small dogs were also affected. Trauma, infection, and neoplasia also cause laryngeal paralysis. |
