| 英文描述 | A specific transmissible hepatitis of dogs has been described. Histology shows cells whose rounded shape is replaced by a more angular form of reduced volume with a strongly acidophilic cytoplasm and a hyperchromatic nucleus, with condensed chromatin. This disease occurs in acute, persistent and chronic form, and appears to occur in outbreaks. Hepatic enzymes are elevated and there may be fever spikes. Definitive dx requires histology. |
