| 英文描述 | Tenosynovitis of the abductor pollicis longus muscle in dogs can lead to connective tissue proliferation and stenosis of the synovial sheath. There can be chronic lameness with firm swelling at the medial aspect of the antebrachiocarpal joint. The lameness was exacerbated by vigorous exercise. Most reported cases have been in large-breed dogs. In chronic cases there can be proliferative bone reactions at the distal radius. This resembles de Quervains tenosynovitis in humans. |
