| 英文描述 | Dogs have developed polycystic kidney and liver disease; this syndrome might be inherited as an autosomal recessive in West Highland White Terriers. In the West Highland White, clinical signs were evident by 5 weeks of age, and serum biochemistry was consistent with liver failure. At necropsy there were multiple small cysts of the kidney and liver. |
