| 英文描述 | There have been several reports of allergic drug reaction in dogs due to sulfonamides alone or in combination with trimethoprim. Reaction occurs 5-36 days after first exposure and within 1 hour to 10 days following reexposure. Nonseptic polyarthritis and fever, cutaneous eruptions, renal, ocular and hepatic lesions may occur. Leukopenia and thrombocytopenia can be present. Dx by history and resolution of signs on withdrawal of the drug. |
