| 英文描述 | Recurrent flank alopecia has been seen in dogs. In most cases there is seasonal hair loss over the flanks and thoracolumbar areas, with hair loss during periods of short daylength followed by regrowth during periods of maximum photoperiod. Hair loss can be unilateral or bilateral. Hair usually (but not always) regrows about 3-6 months after the alopecia develops, and over half of affected dogs will have a recurrence the following fall. The areas of alopecia and hyperpigmentation have irregular margins and there is an abrupt transition from normal to affected skin |
