| 英文描述 | Rupture of the urinary bladder may occur due to abdominal trauma, traumatic palpation, catheterization, atony, necrotizing cystitis or neoplasia. Urine in the abdominal cavity results in peritonitis and post-renal azotemia. Developing acidosis is often offset by vomition. Fever may develop with secondary infection. Often urinate frequent small amounts of bloody urine. |
