| 英文描述 | High combined dosages of both phenytoin and primidone, commonly used anticonvulsants, caused clinical signs of liver disease in dogs after 2-4 months of treatment. There was hyperbilirubinemia, delayed sulfobromophthalein excretion, and increased bile acid concentrations in addition to other biochemical changes associated with liver disease. Biochemical but not clinical changes were seen when either of the drugs was given separately. Dx by history. |
