| 英文描述 | A dog was described which lost its bark following anesthesia using a cuffed endotracheal tube. In man this is attributed to compression of the cranial laryngeal nerve between the cuff and the interior surface of the thyroid lamina. Dx confirmed by endoscopy, which shows feeble abduction of the vocal cords and arytenoid cartilages. |
