| 英文描述 | Over a 12 month period, about 40 Walker Hound pups from 9 litters whelped at the same kennel developed pelvic limb monoparesis. Signs were first seen in 2-week-old pups. This syndrome was believed to be due to an unidentified toxin in water used to mix a dietary supplement. Lesions on histology included axonopathy of the affected nerves, with an increase in number of neurofilaments. Dx by histology and history. |
