| 英文描述 | Three dogs developed nonpruritic, nonpainful, erythematous papules, plaques, and nodules that commonly affected the trunk and neck. Histology showed sarcoidal (epithelioid) granulomas, characterized by noncaseating epithelioid granulomatous inflammation, which lacked the prominent peripheral lymphocytic and fibroblastic inflammatory component of infectious granulomas. In the few cases reported there was spontaneous recovery over a 1 year period or apparent response to glucocorticoids (Scott and Noxon). |
