| 英文描述 | Giant cell granulomas are nonneoplastic lesions of flat bones, usually arising in the bones of the jaws. Radiographically they are unilocular or multilocular expansile lytic areas that do not perforate the cortex, and can have a 'soap bubble' appearance. On histology multinucleate giant cells are seen. The cause is unknown, although this might be a reaction to tissue injury. |
