| 英文描述 | Coarctation of the aorta has been reported in the dog, concurrent with a small ventricular septal defect. Coarctation is a localized malformation that results in severe narrowing of the lumen of the vessel. In humans, coarctation is often associated with other cardiac anomalies. Dx by signs, angiography, or at necropsy. Signs of left sided heart failure predominate. |
