| 英文描述 | A dog that had been treated with furosemide developed severe hypokalemia and generalized flaccid paralysis. There was myonecrosis on muscle biopsy. The dog recovered following treatment for the hypokalemia. It was suspected that this dog had hypokalemic myopathy, a syndrome that has been described in humans (Harrington et al.). |
