| 英文描述 | Coronaviruses have been associated with diarrhea in dogs but can also be shed by healthy animals. Experimental administration of coronavirus causes mild diarrhea; mixed infections with other agents can be associated with more severe signs. Infection is common but serious clinical disease is not. This virus might be considered in cases of enteritis, particularly in young dogs and in outbreaks of enteritis. |
