| 英文描述 | Rare. This nodular or plaque-like lesion is associated with collagen degeneration in the oral cavity or skin of affected dogs. Etiology is not known, but tissue and blood eosinophilia and steroid responsiveness suggest a hypersensitivity. Palatine ulcerated plaques or vegetative lingual masses are the common form, or may see papules or nodules on ventral abdomen and flanks. There is a report of an eosinophilic granuloma in the tracheal mucosa of an older dog, causing tracheal obstruction. |
