| 英文描述 | Toxicoses have been described for estrogen and synthetic estrogenic drugs in the dog following administration for mismating, pseudopregnancy, or incontinence. The main toxic effect is bone marrow aplasia, but endocrine alopecia without bone marrow change has been seen. May be fatal due to aplastic anemia or hemorrhage. Dx by history, signs, hemogram, and bone marrow biopsy. |
