| 英文描述 | Epidermolysis bullosa is characterized by blistering and erosions due to abnormal fragility of the dermoepidermal junction. Onset of signs is usually prior to 6 months of age. Lesions are concentrated on the face, pinnae, bony prominences, footpads, and tail. Pathogenesis is unknown, but aberrant or increased collagenase activity is suspected. May be worse in warm weather. Dx by history, biopsy, creation of new lesions with friction. Pruritis and pain may be seen, but are minimal. |
