| 英文描述 | Chronic hepatitis is characterized by liver fibrosis, hepatocyte necrosis, and variable mononuclear or mixed cellular inflammatory infiltration. There is a spectrum from inactive or persistent hepatitis to chronic active hepatitis. Special forms of chronic hepatitis include chronic active hepatitis in female Dobermans, chronic hepatitis associated with inherited copper accumulation in Bedlington and West Highland white terriers, and lobular dissecting hepatitis in juvenile and young adult dogs. In animals with clinical signs of liver disease the dx is confirmed by biopsy, but biopsy is dangerous in animals with bleeding disorders. Affected animals may have high levels of liver copper. There are high levels of serum alkaline phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase, and bilirubin in most cases. Hypoalbuminemia, anemia, and prolonged prothrombin time and/or partial thromboplastin time are common. |
