| 中文描述 | 棘下肌的攣縮導致前肢的跛行，造成姿勢不正常和不正常的步伐，伴隨肘的內縮和爪的外展。肌肉的萎縮有時會發生。明顯的是肩部運動性降低。步伐可明顯看出遠端肢繞臂，腕部可以輕翻到上面。支撐重量的能力依舊正常，也沒有疼痛的發生。可能是跟隨創傷而發生。診斷可利用病史和症狀加以判斷。 |
| 英文描述 | Foreleg lameness caused by contracture of the infraspinatus muscle results in a characteristic positional deformity and abnormal gait, with adduction of the elbow and abduction of the paw. Atrophy of muscles sometimes occurs. Marked decrease in mobility of shoulder. Gait is marked by circumduction of the distal limb with a carpal 'flip' upon advancing. There is full weight bearing and no pain. Might follow trauma. Dx by history, signs. |
