| 英文描述 | Pericarditis has been reported in the dog. Pericardial effusion and fibrous thickening of the epicardium and pericardium resulted in signs of congestive heart failure. Causes include trauma, fungal, mycobacterial, and actinomycotic infections; many cases are idiopathic. Dx is clinical signs, radiology, EKG, and rule-out of other causes. Both traumatic and idiopathic pericarditis are described. |
