| 中文描述 | 犬隻疱疹樣皮膚炎與人相似，但少見。可見搔癢性對稱性丘疹性皮膚炎，而且對傳統治療法無效，病因尚不明確，但是免疫原及麵筋敏感性腸炎可能有關。可由臨床症狀，組織病理切片，對胺苯砜治療的反應診斷之。 |
| 英文描述 | A condition similar to dermatitis herpetiformis of man has been reported in the dog. Rare, but could be considered when presented with an intensely pruritic symmetric papulocrustous dermatitis nonresponsive to conventional therapy. Etiology is unknown, but immunogenetics and gluten sensitive enteropathy may be important. Dx based on clinical signs, suggestive histopathology, and response to therapy with dapsone. |
