| 英文描述 | An adult Sheltand Sheepdog developed chronic intermittent pigmenturia. Signs were worse after exercise. Hemoglobinuria due to erythrocyte fragility was suspected. Dx by confirmation of increased erythrocyte osmotic fragility associated with intermittent hemoglobinuria in the absence of enzyme deficiencies that can cause erythrocyte fragility (LeGrange). |
