| 英文描述 | In this rare condition of unknown cause in dogs the anal sphincter contracts and causes pain when the animal attempts to defecate. Although the dog will resist digital examination of the anus, the anal and rectal mucosa feels normal on palpation, with slight rectal dilatation sometimes present. The anus can be readily distended when the dog is under anesthesia. |
