| 英文描述 | This is a rare disease that usually affects intact females with a history of pseudopregnancy or irregular estrus cycles; signs initially coincide with those episodes, become protracted and eventually chronic. Probable hormonal sensitivity was also reported in intact males that responded to castration or antiandrogen (diethylstilbestrol) treatment. Bilaterally symmetric, erythematous, papulocrustous eruption begin genitally or perineally and progress cranially. Pruritus is prominent; gynecomastia is common. Diagnose by history and response to therapy (neutering). |
