| 英文描述 | Osteochondrodysplastic dwarfism is characterized by primary abnormalities of cartilage, often leading to abnormal bone growth and development. Multiple epiphyseal dysplasia in Beagles; dwarfism with macrocytic anemia in Alaskan Malamutes; dwarfism with ocular defects in Laborador Retrievers and Samoyeds; and other forms of osteochondrodysplasia in many breeds were described (Bingel and Sande). Osteochondrodysplasia without dwarfism was described in Bull Terriers and Miniature Poodles (Watson et al.). Dx by clinical signs and radiography. |
