| 英文描述 | In man severe electric shock can be followed by the development of central anterior subcapsular cataracts, with formation of the cataract visible at about 6 months following injury. A dog developed bilateral cataracts of a similar type 18 months after biting an electric cord, and this resembles the syndrome in man. Dx by ruling out other causes such as heredity. |
