| 英文描述 | Necrotic marrow was described as areas in which the normal architecture was absent, cellular margins were indistinct, there was a background of amorphous eosinophilic material and, except in certain extensively involved specimens, the surrounding or adjacent tissue had a normal-staining appearance. There is refractory anemia or pancytopenia. Usually associated with other primary diseases. Fibroblastic proliferation (myelofibrosis) in the marrow cavity has been associated with marrow necrosis, and has been reported. |
